𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿:

  • Mortgage advisers will be required to have achieved the appropriate level of qualification as a minimum, based on regulatory requirements, currently level 3, and can be from one or more of the following:

    • Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice (CeMAP) – provided by LiBF

    • Certificate in Mortgage Advice – provided by CII (comprising CF1, CF6 and R01)

    • A recognised Financial Planning Certificate with the appropriate mortgage ‘bridge’ module or MAQ • Advanced mortgage advice certificates, diploma/level 4 CeMAP 1 & 2 and Competent Advisor Status (CAS)
